Her special combination of quotes, anecdotes, humorous stories, some of which are drawn from personal experience as relevant to illustrate her profoundly wise tips for coping with life, coping with ourselves. In particular I enjoyed a chapter titled LAFF until your stomach aches which is an outline, an anagram for suggested use as you have a closer look at life: Love, Accept, Forgive, Forget. Truly, it allows you to recover the laugh in your life! This book is with women in mind but it speaks to all of us, and it invests us with the will to act on behalf of our goals.
